Terms & Conditions for Packages:
- All given prices are subject to change with any unexpected expansion in the expense by the Hotel, Transportation Office, and any new added Taxes by the public authority.
- All given rates are valid according to the previously mentioned validity and for the room classification determined. Should the time of stay or room type change, the above rates won’t be valid?
- All given rates are not applicable during the Blackout Period, ‘Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year’s, or long weekends. Package rates are only valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.
- The last estimating will be appropriate, in view of the pace of trade. Legitimate at the hour of affirmation of the booking. This cost depends on the current pace of trade.
- No discount or refund for unutilized purchased services.
- If the guest wishes to change the itinerary, tour plan, or place of destination after booking a package, you must pay the difference of prices or fares.
- For any changes in the Itinerary, kindly prompt our vehicle supervisor something like 72 hours ahead of time and the solicitation will be dependent on subject to availability.
- Rates are cited in BDT for a predefined number of individuals.
- Touring as referenced in the schedule relies upon the accessibility of time and climatic conditions.
- City Tax/ Resort Fees/ Tourist Taxes are not included in the package price, that must be paid directly to the hotel by the guest or tourist.
- Rates are subject to change (increase or decrease) without any prior notice.
- Package rates are cited dependent on the size of your group and should the quantity of PAX abatement or increment, we claim all authority to change the package rate without any prior notice.
- If there should arise an occurrence of Immigration/Visa intricacies, the cancellation policy will be applicable in Full Airfares (In case of inclusion of airfares with the package) are subject to vary anytime also subject to availability.
- If it’s not too much trouble, ask your movement rep to unmistakably depict exhaustively the approach of your bundle/air tickets/visa documenting/and so on.

- Maximum waiting time at the airport will be 90 min from the landing of the flight. If the guest is delayed, then extra amount will be charged, and guest have to pay for it.
- Refund will be not possible for un-utilized services once it’s purchased is made and confirmed.
- According to the terms & conditions, Travelley is not responsible for any additional cost or adjustment which for any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change or cancel the flight schedule before the day of departure then hotel booking will not change as per nonrefundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return then extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.
- The guest must book any services is expected to provide a valid identity, authenticating the person and shall not make a reservation using a fictitious name.
- It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as passport, flight/ air tickets, accommodation voucher/ confirmation.
- For any amendment or cancellation requests in the booked itinerary, please advise your travel representative at list 48 hours in advance and please keep note that any amendment request is subject to availability. These are the respective terms & conditions.
