After you have submitted your booking on our website or through email and phone call, a travel consultant will review the booking details and send you a confirmation email within 4 – 12 hours (Depends on Types of Quotation). After your confirmation, we will issue a voucher with a unique code. In Phase-1 you have to pay 50% of total package amount at the time of booking, and rest 50% of amount before 10 working days of travel date. The travel documents will not be delivered to you until the full payment has been received.

Most of our customers choose to have their travel documents handed to them before their travel date, therefore you just visit our office to collect all of your bookings printed copies even though we will send you all electronic copies through email. If you prefer to have them shipped to you, we will send them 48 hours by post after the full payment has been received.
No, there is no fee for our trip planning services as the travel vendors involved recognize our value and compensate us from the gross amount paid (what you would have paid even without our assistance). It’s completely free! We only charge once you confirm the package or service with us.
